Commercial Law

We routinely prepare and review contracts, and advise clients on disputes which arise during the ordinary course of business, for example, contractual rights following a breakdown in commercial relations and claims to protect a client’s business and/or obtain compensation for loss caused by the wrongful acts of others.  We also handle cases of complex breaches of contract, often involving cross border disputes.  We advise on practical remedies to such disputes whether by way of negotiation, litigation or arbitration. Recent work includes structuring and reviewing distribution arrangements and financing.  We take a pro-active approach to matters relating to our clients, advising on contractual terms and conditions at pre-agreement stages, highlighting in advance the potential conflict areas including rendering legal advice in large infrastructure projects.
