We are experienced in handling and advising on taxation cases and disputes with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and have been involved in a number of important tax cases.  We practice in legal tax matters in the constitutional jurisdiction of judicial review and the special statutory jurisdiction in the High Court Division, particularly under the Income Tax Ordinance 1984. We also advise on double taxation agreements and incentive and exemption regimes for foreign investors.
