We have extensive experience both nationally and internationally in arbitration proceedings on issues arising from building and engineering contracts, production  sharing contracts between the Government of Bangladesh and international companies, billings by the telecom authority of Bangladesh and shareholder disputes in various companies including telecom operators.  We advise numerous clients including review and preparation of material, legal opinions for submission to the arbitration tribunal and assist clients for the preparation of arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Cotton Association (ICA) and Liverpool Cotton Association (LCA). We have good experience in preparation and assisting in the conduct of arbitration under rules of the ICC, ICA, LCA and Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
