Chambers has combined experience in advising on life general and marine insurance matters, including life and marine insurance policy and claims and availability of types of insurance cover. We also advise insurance companies on corporate and regulatory matters. Recent work includes advice on formalities and regulatory approval. Chambers advises P&I clubs on marine and shipping claims and litigation. Recent work includes ongoing litigation in the High Court Division on behalf of the West of England disputing a claim under a marine insurance policy.  We represent the AIG and American Life Insurance Company in Bangladesh.
