We handle all types of maritime disputes on behalf of shipowners, charterers and cargo interests as well as their respective insurers.  We advise on collision, limitation of liability and liabilities arising under contracts of affreightment.  We practice in the Admiralty jurisdiction of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court.
